Operation Stable Ground was founded to hold that door open — first with the ride to reach it, then with the shelter to rest before it, then with the person on the phone who knows what to ask for next.
Founder D’Vonta Shamar Richard grew up around neighbors who did everything right and still lost ground. OSG is the operating answer to that pattern: not charity as rescue, but stability as infrastructure.
